Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Input and maintain accurate data in company systems, including client and product databases.
- Organize and manage digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
- Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and other internal activities.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Prior experience in administrative support or data entry is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience with eCommerce or tech-based companies is a plus.
