This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ikeja. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with clerical tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in clerical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Relevant certification or diploma in office administration or related field
- OND (Business Administration) preferred
Remuneration
- 70,000 Naira per month
