Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare, process, and track customer invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy, timely billing, and proper reconciliation.

Maintain and update accurate financial records, client billing histories, and service-related documentation.

Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Reconcile bank statements, prepare monthly financial reports, and support external audits.

Collaborate with operations to ensure proper inventory valuation of automotive parts and supplies.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and tax requirements.

Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and cost control measures.

Assist in the preparation of payroll and related statutory filings.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounting Officer, or in a similar finance role (experience in an automotive or service-based environment is a plus).

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
