As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the company's daily administration, assist in the smooth operation of the office, and provide efficient support services. You will coordinate and work with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the company.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Daily office administration, including document management, telephone answering, and mail processing
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, travel, and activities, and prepare related materials
- Maintain and update the company's internal systems and databases
- Assist in handling customer and supplier communications and contacts
- Organize and manage the company's daily office supplies procurement and inventory
- Handle daily administrative affairs and emergencies inside and outside the company
Requirements:
- HND or Degree in administrative management, secretarial, or related majors are preferred
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, medical industry experience is preferred
- Proficient in office software (such as Microsoft Office suite)
- Have excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Able to handle multi-tasking, work meticulously and responsibly
