Job Summary
We are looking for individual that will assist the Administrative officer in carrying out administrative and secretarial duties in the organization.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and directing calls and memos to the appropriate persons or departments.
- Schedule appointments for clients to meet the appropriate personnel that will treat their enquiry.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- At times, secretarial duties like stationery, printer, system, etc are to be checked regularly.
- Booking of hotel and ticket for top management for meetings, conferences, events, etc
- Provide general support to visitors
- Research and create presentations
- Preparing and monitoring invoices
- Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, etc
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
Requirements:
- HND / B.sc in public administration or relevant discipline
- Working experience in administration will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Good organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
