Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception, scheduling, and client interactions.
  • Handle office coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain records, files, and office supplies.
  • Support staff with clerical duties and multitask efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1+ year experience in admin or customer service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills (written and verbal communication will be tested)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and able to multitask.
  • Maintains excellent personal hygiene and a fresh, professional appearance
  • Must work onsite in Ikoyi (no accommodation provided).


Remuneration: NGN 120,000
