Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative matters, including document management, meeting arrangements, and office supplies procurement
- Handle internal company communications and support business operations teams
- Assist the finance and HR departments to ensure the accuracy of payroll, reimbursements, and employee records
- Maintain basic information of customers and partners to ensure efficient and orderly data management
- Coordinate office operations, optimize administrative processes, and improve work efficiency
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role
- BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
