Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative matters, including document management, meeting arrangements, and office supplies procurement
  • Handle internal company communications and support business operations teams
  • Assist the finance and HR departments to ensure the accuracy of payroll, reimbursements, and employee records
  • Maintain basic information of customers and partners to ensure efficient and orderly data management
  • Coordinate office operations, optimize administrative processes, and improve work efficiency


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role
  • BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
