We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure the smooth operation of office activities. This dual role requires proficiency in both administrative functions and basic accounting practices.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support senior staff with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Process and reconcile invoices, expenses, and bank statements.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax documents.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
