As an Administrative & Client Engagement Executive at CalledOut Estates, you’ll play a central role in creating a positive experience for both our clients and team members, supporting smooth daily operations, and cultivating a healthy, engaging work culture.
What You’ll Do
- Office & Team Support: Coordinate schedules, communications, and report preparations that enable our team to perform at their best.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage office records, files, and inventory to ensure a well-organized workspace where things are exactly where they’re needed.
- Client First Impressions: Be our clients’ first point of contact, guiding their journey from the very start and setting a positive tone for their experience with us.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is in order, and provide ongoing support to strengthen these relationships.
- Bridge Communication Gaps: Support collaboration between sales, marketing, and client engagement to foster seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, assist with documentation, and be a friendly point of support to foster a welcoming team culture.
- Plan events and team-building initiatives that make our team feel connected, valued, and energized.
Who You Are
- Experience & Skills: At least 2 years in a similar client-focused role, preferably within real estate or a people-driven industry.
- Live within Gbagada and Environs
- People-Oriented: You’re approachable, empathetic, and possess a natural ability to connect with clients and team members alike.
- Organizational Guru: Managing multiple tasks and staying organized is second nature to you, and confidentiality is a key priority.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You anticipate challenges before they arise, finding thoughtful solutions and enhancing everyone’s experience.
