Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for administrative inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as needed.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare and process routine reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Support the preparation and organization of meetings, including setting up materials and taking minutes.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
- Ensure efficient office operations by performing general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
