Pinconsult Associates Limited Located in Onikan, Lagos Island, Lagos, is a civil/structural engineering consultancy firm that specializes in civil/structural engineering consultancy and project management services. We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints  in a courteous, professional manner  
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times 
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information. 
  • Operating copy equipment, printers or other equipment necessary. 
  • Developing growth strategies and plans  
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients  
  • Increasing client base  
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders  
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams  
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally  
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts  
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements  
  • Ability to interface with regulatory bodies 
  • Ability to follow up with registration requirements


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Marketing, Social Science or a relevant field with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.  
  • High-level communication/Interpersonal skills  
  • Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy. 
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team  
  • Development Strategy  
  • Proposal Writing  
  • Growth Strategies and Exceeding Targets  
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets  
  • Interpersonal skills, outgoing  
  • Use of Microsoft Office and suites 
  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills  
  • Basic Book-keeping experience  
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) 
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors  
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Ability to multi-task  


Remuneration: NGN
120,000 - 150,000 Net
