Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide support to other departments by managing administrative tasks and assisting in special projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, addressing any operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure and independently,
- He/she must be very versatile in Desktop Publishing
- Minimum of OND certificate
- 1-year working experience as an Admin Officer or similar roleĀ
