Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient Administrative Officer skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and discretion. The ideal candidate will work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving capabilities
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Resides in or around Sango Ota, Abule-Egba, Ijaiye, or Toll Gate areas
Work Schedule:
- 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
- Flexible work hours - 9 AM to 4 PM
