Job Summary

We seek a dedicated and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team at an immigration consulting firm. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in managing client interactions and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client bookings and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and communicating effectively with a high volume of clients.
  • Prepare forms, letters, and other documents as required.
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries of each program area.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems, ensuring compliance with legal records and procedures while managing confidential materials and documents.
  • Complete applications for clients and gather necessary information and documentation in a timely manner.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field 
  • Superb organizational skills and the ability to manage files within tight timelines.
  • Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office products, Adobe products, Dropbox, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful attitude towards coworkers and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow instructions and take action independently.
  • Confident self-starter with excellent verbal and written English language skills.


Location: Eket, Akwa Ibom State.
