Job Summary
Chemo-Pharma Laboratories Limited is one of the leading Pharmaceutical companies in Ikeja Lagos which was established in 1985. The Company has an Installed Capacity of 6.0 million bottles of liquid syrup and 310.2 million tablets per annum respectively. We are urgently in need of a smart administrative officer.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage schedules and appointments for senior management.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging venues and catering.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage the company pool and ensure it complies with local, state, and federal laws.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing skills
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Micro Soft Office
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Applicant must reside in Lagos(Ogba, Ikeja, Ojota and its environs)
