We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to provide administrative support and assist with tax filing, secretarial, and regulatory responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Tax, Secretarial & Regulatory team
- Assist with tax filing, preparation, and submission
- Maintain accurate records and files (physical and digital)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Develop and implement administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and coordinate board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents
- Assist with annual returns and other statutory filings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Experience with tax filing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Minimum of HND in Finance or other related field
Additional skills:
- Familiarity with company secretarial practices
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
