Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space.
  • Perform data entry and manage databases.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate office events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Support HR functions, including new employee onboarding, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.


Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
