Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space.
- Perform data entry and manage databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate office events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Support HR functions, including new employee onboarding, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
