Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks, including staff schedules, meetings, and maintaining records.
- Manage the manager’s calendar, respond to calls and emails, and organize confidential documents.
- Serve as an assistant to the CEO, MD, and Manager ensuring efficient workflow.
- Oversee inventory, and office supplies, and assist in the procurement of warehouse materials.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Source for suppliers and whole contract process follow-up.
- Manage and archive all administrative documents.
- Handles Office maintenance and maintains a good work environment.
- Attend to all administrative fund and cost management (warehouse electricity, internet, data, payroll, etc.).
- Attend to equipment maintenance and fixing.
- Basic information collection and onboarding of new staff.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience
- Degree in a related field
