Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will assist managers, coworkers, and visitors by handling various tasks related to organization and communication.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Office administration: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for executives, managers, or teams.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and messages from clients, customers, or stakeholders.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of administrative documents, such as contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Travel arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Budgeting and finance: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Data entry and management: Enter and manage data in various software systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meeting and event planning: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Special projects: Assist with special projects, such as research, data analysis, or social media management. You can edit and input other functions.


Requirements:

  • Candidates preferably with OND or HND who studied Business administration
  • Communication skills must be superb
  • Candidates must have social media skills
  • Must reside in Lekki environ


Location: Lekki, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
