Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Secretary to join our start-up healthcare company located in Awoyaya, Lekki Expressway Lagos. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day administrative tasks ensuring smooth operations both in-person and online. Requires someone who is organized, responsible, tech-savvy and can commute comfortably.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office utilities like paying bills, managing inventory, cleaning, and addressing maintenance issues.
- Assist with managing Zoom sessions for meetings, preparing office reports, meeting agendas, and minutes and maintaining accurate office records.
- Handle social media marketing efforts to promote the company.
- Ensure adequate power supply, including operating a generator.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- 1 year experience
- Degree in a related field
