Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
- Oversee office operations, including correspondence, record-keeping, and document management.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other business documents.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for company activities.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Liaise with team members across departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience(preferably in the architectural or engineering sectors).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Location: Abuja or willing to travel/relocate without additional support.
