Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative tasks
- Coordinating office activities
- Supporting staff and management in daily operations
- Executing some accounting responsibilities as instructed by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Report writing skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and accounting softwares
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
