Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Sales Executive at Bracken Media Solutions located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying potential clients, building relationships, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Actively generate new leads by having in-person meetings with prospective clients to explore new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
● Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive recurring business.
● Set up meetings and presentations with potential clients to discuss advertising proposals and solutions.
● Address client concerns, provide detailed explanations of our advertising products and services, and highlight their benefits.
● Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-ups.
● Negotiate mutually beneficial terms in advertising contracts and agreements.
● Ensure clarity and satisfaction in all client negotiations, focusing on long-term partnerships.
● Collaborate with the marketing team in preparing media kits, promotional plans, and advertising materials.
● Assist in creating engaging sample advertisements and presenting suitable formats and advertising mediums to clients.
● Persuade clients to purchase company advertising products and services by communicating the benefits of various types of advertising.
● Attend sales meetings, trade shows, training workshops, and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
● Keep up-to-date with media and advertising industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred.
● Proven experience working as an advertising sales representative, Minimum of 3 years.
● Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
● Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
● Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
● Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
● Effective communication skills.
● Exceptional customer service skills.
