Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, peels, and other skincare services tailored to client needs.
- Assist in designing and setting up the spa layout to create a serene and functional environment.
- Select and manage spa equipment, tools, and products to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with management to establish protocols, organize treatment rooms, and maintain a clean and professional atmosphere.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stocking of spa supplies.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and certifications to provide innovative services.
- Train staff in spa protocols and service standards as needed.
Requirements:
- Licensed Aesthetician with 2 years of hands-on experience in skincare treatments.
- Proven experience or strong interest in spa design and operational setup.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a relaxing and professional atmosphere for clients.
- Knowledge of high-quality skincare products and treatments.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience with spa management software is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable to the needs of a growing spa
