Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's affiliate program to drive traffic, leads, and sales in the real estate industry.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners (bloggers, influencers, websites, real estate agents, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources and support to achieve success.
- Monitor, track, and report on affiliate performance, ensuring programs meet goals and KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI).
- Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular performance reports to internal teams and suggest strategies for optimization.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and real estate teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader business goals.
- Optimize affiliate offers, commission structures, and promotional strategies to drive increased engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Stay current on trends, technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing and the real estate sector.
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Set up and track commission structures, payments, and contracts for affiliates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tools, and platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, etc.).
- Experience in setting up and managing performance-based campaigns, tracking KPIs, and ROI analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
