Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's affiliate program to drive traffic, leads, and sales in the real estate industry.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners (bloggers, influencers, websites, real estate agents, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources and support to achieve success.
• Monitor, track, and report on affiliate performance, ensuring programs meet goals and KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI).
• Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular performance reports to internal teams and suggest strategies for optimization
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and real estate teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader business goals.
• Optimize affiliate offers, commission structures, and promotional strategies to drive increased engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines, legal standards, and industry regulations.
• Stay current on trends, technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing and the real estate sector.
• Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
• Set up and track commission structures, payments, and contracts for affiliates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
