Job Summary
The Regional Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the AFTC/WRO Nigeria regional offices. They will ensure that all regional operations are aligned with the national strategic objectives, supporting robotics education, outreach, and growth within their respective regions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the regional operations, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Coordinate local teams, including managing staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of regional programs and activities related to robotics and STEM education.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Cultivate relationships with local schools, institutions, government agencies, and other partners.
- Provide regular reports on regional activities and progress to senior management.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of regional robotics competitions and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in program management, particularly in the education or non-profit sectors.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of robotics or STEM education is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
Location: Abia
Remuneration: NGN 300,000
