Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implementing Empire Trust MFB’s Agency Banking Marketing Model.
- Driving the organization’s Agency Banking (POS) business along with the marketing team and growing it to meet the target set by the Executive Management.
- Designing Marketing plans and tactical marketing strategies that are consistent with organizational goals.
- Implementing marketing activities to achieve set goals or targets in line with the bank’s budget.
- Identifying Key Markets for the organization’s Agency Banking (POS) Business
- Conduct routine market research on Empire Trust MFB’s competitors and competitive analysis of POS products
- Gathering and interpreting information to identify opportunities, conclusions and recommendations related to product development, competitive pricing, customer acquisition and retention facility, and other strategic issues.
- Ensuring Business process improvement by analyzing internally while making sure that external engagements meet with Empire Trust MFB’s overall plan for the POS products.
- Managing the organization’s Agency banking product in line with the competition by conducting Industry Marketing Research and ensuring that we are not played out by the competitors in the areas of pricing and other product parameters.
- Ensure adequate market penetration of our Agency Banking product.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience
- Asset recovery/insolvency background is a plus
- Strong execution skills
- Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences in different functions in multiple geographic locations.
- Knowledge of Credit Risk fundamental principles and their application to collections and recovery strategy
- Strong Excel skills, especially with pivot tables and data manipulation/presentation
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to perform independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to work on big data and generate insight for decision-making
