Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops, or the feeding, breeding, and care of livestock.
- Monitor soil, water, and crop or livestock conditions, adjusting farming methods to optimize growth and health.
- Implement sustainable farming practices to improve productivity and reduce environmental impact.
- Manage crop rotation, fertilization, and pest control in alignment with best practices for soil and plant health.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, budgets, and harvest yields to meet business goals.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in agriculture or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in crop farming or livestock management.
- Proficient knowledge of farm machinery operation and maintenance.
- Understanding of sustainable farming practices and pest control.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform hands-on labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
