Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist for Habanero Pepper & Tomatoes at Bavaria Farms, a subsidiary of Bavaria Group located in Owu Ikosi, Epe. The Agronomist will be responsible for tasks such as soil science analysis, agricultural planning, irrigation management, research on plant nutrition, and implementing strategies to optimize plant growth and yield.
Qualifications
- Soil Science and Plant Nutrition knowledge
- Experience in Agriculture and Irrigation practices
- Research skills in agronomy and plant science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Practical experience in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture, or related field
- Practical experience in Habanero pepper and/or Tomatoes open field farming
