AI Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee AI course curricula for various program durations 
• Coordinate with faculty, industry experts, and stakeholders to design programs that meet market demands and educational objectives.
• Manage the development of course materials, including detailed outlines, brochures, and learner-focused content.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, ensuring quality delivery and learner satisfaction.
• Create articles and social media content to promote AI programs and engage prospective students.
• Provide guidance on AI-related books, tools, and resources to support learners’ education journey.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive enrollment and awareness of AI programs.
• Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and pedagogical methods to ensure programs remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience 2+ years managing educational programs, preferably in AI or technology.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and applications in business contexts.
• Excellent curriculum development skills, with a focus on progressive learning structures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage faculty, learners, and industry partners.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms for remote learning and program management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
• Availability to work 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
