AI Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking for an AI Specialist who will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. He/She will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, optimize existing processes, and enhance product offerings. Your expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and AI technologies will be critical in driving our initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

·        Design and develop AI models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.

·        Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.

·        Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.

·        Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and methodologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

·        Evaluate and optimize the performance of AI models through testing and validation.

·        Create and maintain documentation for AI processes, models, and best practices.

·        Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on AI-related projects.

·        Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirement:

·        3-5 years of experience as a Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

·        Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.

·        Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

·        Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib) and database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

·        Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

·        Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

·        Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Research:

·        Knowledge of ethical AI practices and frameworks.

·        Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
