Amazon Connect Developer

Amazon Connect Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join the team and develop the next generation of contact technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AWS Connect and Lex solutions for contact centers.
• Use engagement tools within the AWS to enhance contact center capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions using AWS services such as Lex (voice and chat), Lambda, Translate, QnA Bot, Contact Lens, and other reporting and dashboard tools.
• Integrate and develop contact flows for IVR using Amazon Connect, incorporating Lambda, DynamoDB, API integration, and data dips.
• Script and develop AWS environments as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate contact center processes and workflows using AWS services and scripting languages.
• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot AWS environments to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills:

• Proven record of using engagement tools within the AWS and Amazon ecosystem.
• Hands-on keyboard AWS implementation experience across a broad range of AWS services related to Omni-channel contact centers.
• Proficiency in Python, REST API, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3, and CloudFormation.
• Scripting capability and a mindset of automating everything.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tooling for infrastructure as code.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working as an AWS Connect and Lex contact center developer.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS services related to contact centers, including Lex, Lambda, Translate, QnA Bot, Contact Lens, and reporting/dashboard tools.
• Strong development experience with Amazon Connect contact flows for IVR, including Lambda integration, DynamoDB, API integration, and data dips.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certification(s) related to contact centers or cloud architecture.
