We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Insurance Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing policy administration, claims processing, and customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of insurance principles

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage policy issuance, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
- Handle claims notifications, assessments, and settlements.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Maintain accurate records, update databases, and generate reports.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify and assess potential risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Manage premium payments, refunds, and adjustments.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, insurance software, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Educational Certification
- Must possess 5-6 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Insurance, or Finance.
- Must be a member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) certification or Associate, Nigerian Insurance Institute (ANII) certification will be an added advantage.
