Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled operations analyst with 2-5 years experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and driving projects predominantly in the real estate and energy sectors with multiple stakeholders (legal, finance, accounting, regulatory). You will work directly alongside partners to deliver value. The main objective of this role is to bring real and sustained value to the firm and portfolio companies such as Nimbel Shaw, our palm oil arm, and Duval Properties Ltd, our real estate arm. As an analyst, you will gain significant exposure to all aspects of a private company within a small, dedicated team. The role necessitates a strong sense of self motivation, a bias to action, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder management.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Drive projects as needed by coordinating with contractors, accountants, lawyers, and other service providers as needed
- Provide status updates, problem-solve issues on the go, and consistently drive the project forward Project Management
- Lead incubation projects for new business lines started from the family office. Previous business lines have included Nimbel Shaw, our agricultural subsidiary, and Duval Properties, our agricultural subsidiary.
- Work with multiple stakeholders – government, investors, legal, accounting, HR – to build new businesses and create value
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Analyze potential investment sectors and assess their viability and alignment with the family’s goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for potential investment opportunities, with a focus on real estate opportunities
- Evaluate the financial performance of existing assets and provide recommendations for improvement.
Partner Collaboration:
- Establish relationships with investment partners, advisors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to evaluate potential collaborations and joint ventures.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to secure favorable outcomes for the family office.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the deal documentation process
- Organize meetings and summarize call notes
- Assist employees with first-level AV and conference call setup
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: The candidate must have a minimum of a second-class upper Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of operations experience in a similar role.
- Mindset: A strong passion for investing, building, and operating businesses; A strong sense of urgency and self-motivation to work autonomously; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Limitless curiosity about business models and understanding of how companies make money

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 450,000 Monthly Net
