- Lead Generation: You will identify and generate new business leads through outbound strategies (cold calling, networking, etc.) and inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Sales Pipeline Management: You will manage a strong sales pipeline by tracking, nurturing, and converting leads through the sales cycle.
- Client Relationship Management: You will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Business Development: You will identify new market opportunities, develop business proposals, and form strategic partnerships to expand the customer base and revenue streams.
- Negotiation and Closing: You will present Travxâs solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts, sales messaging, and overall growth strategy.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS or travel tech industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and business development tactics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and sell complex solutions to clients.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
