Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operation and Maintenance of Flow-through and Recirculation Aquaculture System (RAS)
- Management of the fish production systems to meet agreed target
- Restocking planning for maximum production cycles
- Feed and Water quality management for healthy and rapid growth
- Biosecurity management and infection prevention
- Drugs administration and recovery management
- Sales and smoking operations management
Requirements:
- Expert in Flow-through and Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).
- 3 years experience
- HND in Aquaculture
KPIs:
- Average Mortalities <3% of initial stock
- Weight – > Chartered weight
- Stunted growth <4%
- Feed Conversion Ratio of 0.95:1
Location: Epe, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 160,000
