Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
• Develop conceptual designs and architectural plans that meet the client’s needs, while considering sustainability, safety, and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project specifications.
• Conduct site evaluations to assess project requirements and constraints, and to ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Create and present architectural proposals, models, and design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Oversee the implementation of designs during construction, ensuring that quality standards and architectural integrity are maintained.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural principles.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required; professional certification (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or similar) preferred.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial architecture is a plus.
