Architect

NOTE: This role is only open to someone who is highly proficient in 3D Visualization

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect who has an edge in 3D visualization to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional drawing skills, proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering and animation, and a background in construction documentation.

This role is open to candidates who reside in Ibadan.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop high end renderings from architectural design
• Develop 3D models and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Produce sketches and renderings to explore design ideas and concepts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and must be flexible to learn and design using American Standard Building codes.

Qualifications

• A degree in architecture or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Architectural design and visualization
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficiency in these CAD software two (Sketchup - Lumion, 3D Max is a plus)
• Experience in Creating High quality 3D Renderings
• Must reside in Ibadan.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

• 100K - 250K
