Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a professional Architect to help design solution diagrams, including CAD designs, 2D & 3D models, and detailed specifications, in line with client and internal requirements.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client interviews, site visits, and follow-up clarifications to document client needs.
  • Capture customer requirements during consultations to inform proposal development.
  • Design solution diagrams, including CAD designs, 2D & 3D models, and detailed specifications, in line with client and internal requirements.
  • Oversee implementation of design solutions according to established designs and specifications.
  • Ensure project execution is efficient, on time, within budget, and up to company quality standards.
  • Exceed client expectations by delivering superior execution outcomes
  • Contribute to defining quality standards, templates, and procedures to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet optimal quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks and potential impediments.
  • Enhance design capabilities through continuous self-development.
  • Serve as a content and subject matter expert in design topics.
  • Prioritize client needs throughout the design and execution process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support team members in achieving success and foster a positive team spirit.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Second Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a Related Field
  • At least 3 years of post-NYSC experience

Remuneration: NGN 300,000
