We are seeking to hire a professional Architect to help design solution diagrams, including CAD designs, 2D & 3D models, and detailed specifications, in line with client and internal requirements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client interviews, site visits, and follow-up clarifications to document client needs.
- Capture customer requirements during consultations to inform proposal development.
- Design solution diagrams, including CAD designs, 2D & 3D models, and detailed specifications, in line with client and internal requirements.
- Oversee implementation of design solutions according to established designs and specifications.
- Ensure project execution is efficient, on time, within budget, and up to company quality standards.
- Exceed client expectations by delivering superior execution outcomes
- Contribute to defining quality standards, templates, and procedures to achieve excellence.
- Ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet optimal quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate quality risks and potential impediments.
- Enhance design capabilities through continuous self-development.
- Serve as a content and subject matter expert in design topics.
- Prioritize client needs throughout the design and execution process to ensure satisfaction.
- Support team members in achieving success and foster a positive team spirit.
Requirements:
- Minimum Second Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a Related Field
- At least 3 years of post-NYSC experience
