Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect/Civil Engineer to join our development and construction company within Lekki axis in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction and renovation projects across a variety of projects. This role involves conducting site assessments, preparing technical drawings, ensuring structural integrity, and coordinating with contractors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency in the real estate space.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural and structural design plans for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
- Perform site analysis and feasibility studies.
- Prepare construction documents, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Conduct structural calculations and review material specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Use CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, etc.) for design and modeling.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Architect or Professional Engineer) preferred or in progress.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in architecture and/or civil engineering.
- Proficiency in design and analysis software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ETABS, STAAD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of structural systems, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
