Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design custom furniture solutions, including kitchens, wardrobes, wall panels, and other interior elements.
• Produce detailed line drawings, ensuring precision and clarity for production teams.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings to bring design concepts to life and present them to clients.
• Develop comprehensive production cut lists, ensuring materials are accurately specified for manufacturing.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the furniture industry.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure design specifications are being adhered to during installation.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in furniture design, particularly in kitchens, wardrobes, and interior wall panels.
• Proficiency in architectural and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in 3D rendering and visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent).
• Experience in producing detailed production cut lists and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent technical drawing skills and the ability to translate concepts into detailed designs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
