Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
- Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and detailed blueprints for projects.
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and materials.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Integrate sustainable design principles and materials to achieve environmental efficiency.
- Work closely with construction teams to address on-site challenges and modifications.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and progress updates for clients and management.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques.
- Incorporate cutting-edge technologies, such as BIM, CAD, and 3D modeling, into the design process.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc. Degree in Architect
- Strong portfolio of architectural design
- 3 years of experience as an architect
