Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs of architectural designs using CAD and visualization software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, 3DsMax, Unreal Engine, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in developing and refining design concepts, materials, and spatial arrangements through visual representation.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine visualizations to meet project goals and client expectations.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials, including renderings, graphics, and animations, for client meetings, proposals, and marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Should have strong design and visualization skills and be proficient in technical drawing and 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, 3DsMax, Unreal Engine, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Should have a thorough understanding of building codes and construction technologies.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- He/She should be able to translate the ideas of the client into a fully built design on time and within budget.
