Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including 3D models and technical drawing
- Conduct site inspections and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and material specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools to create detailed blueprints.
