Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine design solutions that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable.
• Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Develop detailed specifications and schedules.
• Conduct code research and analysis.
• Coordinate with consultants and engineers to integrate building systems.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
• Delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Not less than 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Architectural licensure is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural projects.
