Position Type: Internship (Part-Time)

Duration: Six (6) months (subject to renewal based on performance).

Location: Hybrid (Remote + Scheduled On-Site Meetings if Required)

Reports To: Content and Digital Media Manager

Compensation: Prorated monthly based on output (per approved article with bonuses for exceeding quality standards).

Job Overview

TerraFirma is seeking creative and motivated Architectural Journalist Interns to join our team. This internship is designed for aspiring architects passionate about writing, research, and storytelling in the Environmental Design Industry. Reporting to the Content and Digital Media Manager, you will play a key role in creating diverse content types, including architectural case studies, news coverage, industry trend reports, and event write-ups, while learning the fundamentals of architectural journalism.

This role offers a flexible work arrangement and a prorated compensation structure based on the number of completed and approved outputs.

Qualifications

• This opportunity is open to candidates with a background in Architecture or a related field. Such persons should posess a bachelor's degree or be enrolled in, or completed a post graduate program (MSc/Phd).
• Related certifications in related fields will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in architectural journalism and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools such as Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under supervision.
