Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support with recruitment
- Support with staff communication and documentation
- Act as a support staff to employee, insurance providers and to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations
- Manage employee relations and payroll management
Requirements:
- A graduate of Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- CIPM Certification is of added advantage with at least 3 years cognate experience in HR operations in a structured company.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft suite skills
