The Area Business Manager (ABM) will oversee and manage the business and sales team in the designated territory. As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the region, developing effective sales strategies, and managing and motivating a team of sales representatives.

Job Description/Requirements
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly business goals for the region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region
- Ensure growth and development of major key accounts across all channels.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets by driving the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of medical representatives to ensure they meet and exceed set sales and non-sales targetsĀ
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm, Management Sciences, Physical Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a highly competitive market
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and healthcare systems.
