We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Operations Manager in our Hub and Assembly department in an innovative and fast-paced e-mobility company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engineering leadership, problem-solving abilities, and in-depth knowledge of assembly processes & machinery.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Production Management
- Plan, organize, and manage the assembly line to meet production schedules.
- Monitor workflow and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
- Implement strategies to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and address defects or non-conformities.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze assembly operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Leverage technology and automation to optimize production processes.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise assembly line staff to build a high-performing team.
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for assembly line staff.
- Address any workplace hazards or incidents promptly.
Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, operational efficiency, and team performance.
- Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6 years experience
- Degree in a related field
