Responsibilities:

Production Management

• Plan, organize, and manage the assembly line to meet production schedules.
• Monitor workflow and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
• Implement strategies to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and address defects or non-conformities.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze assembly operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Leverage technology and automation to optimize production processes.

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise assembly line staff to build a high-performing team.
• Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for assembly line staff.
• Address any workplace hazards or incidents promptly.

Coordination and Reporting

• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
• Prepare and present reports on production metrics, operational efficiency, and team performance.
• Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• 6 years experience
• Degree in a related field
